Our Process

We incorporate a Total Planning Approach (TPA) to address all the critical components (many that may never have been reviewed) and properly design a strategy to help meet your goals for life. The main goal of this process is to show where you are, where you want to be and how you may get there.

We work together through every step of our process and engage all parties needed to help enhance your plan and your strategies. This includes family members, advisers, attorneys and accountants you feel may be relevant to our planning.

It starts with taking the time to understand your situation and concerns. We then will thoroughly assess your situation, show you where your current strategy may be lacking and suggest areas of improvement. Our goal as trusted advisers is to create value through the analysis and determination of opportunity areas, as well as education surrounding strategies and concepts pertinent to your success. We will show you how you may preserve and protect your assets in a manner that is consistent with your goals and preferred risk levels so that you can focus on what is most important for you, such as spending time with family, travelling and enjoying your retirement years.

We combine our experience of managing portfolios through challenging times with our use of innovative strategies, rigorous research and highly personalized service.

We provide results for our clients using a process incorporating all the critical areas affecting your financial life. Through this process we assess where you are, where you want to be, identify gaps that may be holding you back, and educate you on strategies to help ensure success in the areas of income, investment, tax, IRA, and estate planning.

1. Meet and Greet

The first step in our process is to get to know you, let you learn more about us, and understand your situation. This session provides a chance to answer questions, discuss concerns, and define your goals.

2. Assessment

Based on your initial session we produce an overview of your portfolio risk and expenses, income potential, tax analysis, and additional areas which may need attention such as estate and IRA planning. Education during this meeting surrounds strategies to fix potential mistakes and methods designed to improve and enhance your chances of success.

3. Plan Creation

After your assessment, we then work together to create your personal plan addressing your most critical areas and solutions to accomplish your goals according to your desires. This plan will serve as our road map as we work together into the future.

4. Implementation

Information without action is futile. Once your plan is in place and decisions have been finalized, we then determine the appropriate process and timeline to put your plan into action and implement the strategies needed to achieve your goals.

5. Review

Implementation of your plan is simply the starting point to securing your financial future. The most important element will be as we work together going forward through ongoing review to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure your success as life changes around you.
